My Pride And Joy Estate In Cebu, Philippines...

Shown are some of the images of the property that I acquired (my mountain). This property is located between the Hilltop of Bulacao and Lagtang, Talisay City, on the Island of Cebu, Philippines. It's adjacent to Sta. Lucia Elite Housing Development (developed by Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc.). It is also located directly across from a Premier Subdivision called VISTA GRANDE: The Pacific Heights and KRISHANTA Subdivision (developed by Aboitizland). The property consists of an area a little over 27 hectares (271,953 square meters to be exact). Fresh air with a nice view of the City, the ocean and Bohol Island. Approximately between 5-10 minutes from SRP South entrance, 15-20 minutes to SM City Mall via SRP, 8 minutes to new Robinson Supermarket in Lawa-an and 12 minutes to Gaisano Fiesta Mall Tabunok. Schools and hospitals are a few minutes' drive away. It offers a relaxing view of the Cebu Coast with a scenic terrain, gentle hills and flat lands of the countryside while being only 35-minutes away from the Central Business District.

This is so exciting and very challenging venture! I would never thought that I would own such a large area of land that I can create and make plans for upcoming project for this property. Currently, I am looking for Buyers/Investors/Land Developer to develop the property. How I wish I can bring the "Las Vegas Strip" to this property. You'll never know..?
